C SHAPE PASSING ARC

A C shape hurdle is a type of obstacle used in some sports, such as parkour or obstacle course racing. It consists of a curved plastic structure that resembles the letter C, with the open side facing the ground. The athlete has to jump over the hurdle, either by vaulting over the top or by swinging through the gap. The C shape hurdle requires agility, coordination and strength to overcome.
